And the day before, this broken A332 took off and they found it was still broken and returned to Lisbon. From the AVHerald:
" flight S4-321 from Lisbon to Ponta Delgada (Portugal), had already been delayed by about 8.5 hours due to technical problems that were being worked on. The aircraft finally departed from Lisbon's runway 03 when the crew requested to level off at 4000 feet and enter a hold due to an issue"

Incident: Azores A332 at Lisbon on Oct 19th 2018, hydraulic failure
