How do you keep heading down the centerline with that much drag on one side as your airspeed declines and your rudder loses effect ? Why don't you ground loop around the left main ?

I'm not a pilot, but wouldn't that sort of problem have shown up as bells and lights in the cockpit or just the plane handling funny?

This looks like the gear was filed down a heavy grit of sand paper or an emerey wheel. Clearly a brake siezed up and you have this mess.
