India's middle class want to fly but not pay very much. Expensive airliners , crews, mechanics and ground support cost real rupees, so pretty soon the prices must reflect the true cost of keeping planes, pilots, mechanics and ground support. If the people don't fly given the costs involved, tthen give the aiplanes back to the lessors.
