The judge shouldn't let them order a damn thing. But given that the tax payers were forced to support GM and Chrysler , why not. New business with fresh ideas and people are supposed to replace these old decaying companies in a free market. We are no longer a free market.

The creditors should have asked the judges in Dallas to recuse themselves and change of venue to say North Dakota, which has no AA service

Good question. I also wonder what would happen to their massive A320 order as well.

That and if they merge with US Air? US Air has a much newer fleet

I wouldnt order any 787's, another battery was smoking up the cabin AGAIN TODAY
