Why doesn't Rolls Royce just back out of it's contract with Qantas, who wants to get sued! Although they obviously did need to pay more attention to the engine design.

When Rolls-Royce first started selling cars, they sent a skilled mechanic and a driver to show the new owner how to use and maintain the vehicle. sounds like they need to do this for the airlines.
