A Great Wall Airlines Boeing 747-400 on behalf of China Cargo Airlines, registration B-2433 performing flight CK-262 from Taipei (Taiwan) to Shanghai Pudong (China), was on approach to Shanghai's Pudong Airport runway 16 when the crew did not receive indication that all gear had extended, the right main gear did not reach its fully extended and locked position.
