It looks like this was [http://flightaware.com/resources/registration/N18R tail number N18R], however there isn't a flight entry for the May 2nd flight so it was possibly flying VFR at the time.

Had an engine failure on takeoff from KOPF. Sad day for the family of the pilot.

My condelences to this pilot's family. According to his brother, the pilot flew several missions in Viet Nam on A-6 Intruders.
