Airlines Step Up Hygiene to Keep Covid Out of the Air

Submitted
Numerous innovations in cleaning and sanitizing passenger aircraft interiors have emerged over two years of pandemic flying, including fast-working cabin sanitizing robots, automated electrically charged mist sprayers and anti-virus seat cushions. Since industry-wide rules do not currently govern aircraft hygiene, cleaning innovations are driven by individual carriers acutely aware of customer worries about occupying a tightly enclosed space with so many others. tire premise here as the majority of the covid nonsense if pure garbage. The premise is that aircraft are grossly contaminated and the pure pristine passengers will get covid and hundreds of other viruses, bacteria, and fungi but not if everything is sanitized. Sounds great to the naive schoolboy mind but athe reality is that passengers bring massive amounts of all manner of bacteria, viruses, and other junk with them when they board and sanitizing the surfaces has essentially no effect on disease or nondisease and by far and away regardless of what is done or not it is nondisease that predominates which you can see with your own eyes if you bother to think about not just what you see but what you don't as you go about living your daily lives. All this sanitization is BS that barely has face validity and appeals to those who cannot possibly imagine why its essentially a wate of time. Even in medicine proper when suturing wounds for example, whether all the surrounding surfaces are sanitized or not has essentially ZERO influence on rates of wound infection, same for masking, even hand washing has little effect. The only effect is cleansing the wound itself. All you nonmedical folks and your foolish ideas based on gut feelings and nothing more.

Even in medicine proper when suturing wounds for example, musltiple large studies have confirmed the general medical impression that whether all the surrounding surfaces are sanitized or not has essentially ZERO influence on rates of wound infection, same for masking, even hand washing has little effect.
