Here we go again... SWA can't win for loosing... In all of my years in aviation and working on the 737, I have never ever seen a side window crack like that in flight... There is only one thing that could cause that, and that is incorrect torquing procedures. I am certainly glad this is a 2 window set and only the outer gave way... This has the potential for a very bad outcome...
