United Airlines flight overruns runway in Green Bay, WI (GRB/KGRB)

UAL 878 was operating IAH-MSP when a aborted landing caused a diversion to Madison Dane county regional. The aircraft landed safely and then decided to try again at MSP. oh my gosh..those poor passengers! the cockpit crew im sure did what they felt was necessary for a safe and secure landing SOMEWHERE!having worked diverted flights in and out,you have to maintain a calm demeanor for those folks on the aircraft and assure them they will be taken care of..this sounds like it was supposed to be a nonstop iah-msp,so at least connecting flights were not an issue for passengers and ground personnel...
