Emirates' nonstop Auckland to Dubai route gets the double-decker A380

Emirates is introducing its double-decker A380 on the world's longest flight between Auckland and Dubai. The airline has been flying the route since March 1, with the very first flight operated by an A380 to commemorate the beginning of the nonstop service. The flights have since been operated by the Boeing 777-200LR. Emirates, the largest A380 operator in the world, said the A380s would start flying the daily service from October 30.
