Incheon is not in Seoul. Why do they keep saying that?

The darn airport is 31 miles as the crow flies from the city center.

Houston is the only city where when my flight from LAX arrived, I had to take another 15 minute flight to get to, um, Houston.

IAH isn't exactly downtown (20 + miles on a very congested freeway) either and I would bet Inchon has much better ground transport into the city center.
