Maybe Air Canada will start using its business class for paying passengers instead of employees and their families...

This is good news. Air Canada still acts like a monopoly and treats its customers as if they were an inconvenience. They use rude Quebecers whose only qualification is that they speak French. I only use Air Canada when there is no other choice. I am not alone.

Uh oh. Does this mean that AC is about 2 years away from requiring another government bailout?

AC should ask for government intervention . West Jet will use unfair tactics like good service, friendly staff and on time schedules. Go West Jet!
