Meh....this "new" scheme doesn't seem to be much different than previously...such slight changes:

But, in response to the issue about the ovens? The interior components are not built by Boeing. Each customer contracts with outside vendors to select their interior configurations from a number of manufacturers out there. These same brand ovens could just as likely be installed on other jets operated by Air India.
