Procedures are canceled at some airports to cut costs

In an effort to cut costs, the Federal Aviation Administration plans to announce a program to cancel approaches at some airports where they are rarely used. According to the FAA, criteria for the cancellations will be developed by the end of the year. (www.avweb.com) More...
