The "Enterprise" photo is actually just a concept/mockup photo released by Airbus in 2006.

Cool, thanks for the extra info and I have to admit...I am a Trekie! When you grow up in a family where your father works for Honeywell in the Space and Aeronautics division you tend to get hooked on that kind of stuff.
