Just wrapped up a quick turn in Cancún, and I have to say the ground services were solid all around.
From arrival to departure, everything ran smoothly. Marshallers were ready on time, customs and immigration were handled efficiently, and the line crew was on point with fueling — quick turnaround with no delays. They had GPU and lav service standing by as requested, and the staff kept communication clear and professional throughout.
Crew transportation was arranged ahead of time and was waiting curbside, no chasing anyone down. The FBO facilities were clean, well-stocked, and comfortable — always a plus when you're catching your breath between legs.
Special thanks to the ops team on the ground — they clearly know their stuff and made sure our passengers and crew were well taken care of.
Wouldn’t hesitate to return on the next trip through Cancún.
