Flight Aware lists this FBO has having NO fee. Since we didn't need fuel we came here rather than Signature. We were charged $100 landing fee for Cessna 210. Were told this AFTER walking across the ramp from where they sent us to park. If we had known we would have parked elsewhere. Took nearly 20 min to get a rental car. Either update flight aware's information or refund us the $100. This is unacceptable. Cessna Centurion |

By far the best FBO we go to anywhere! We recently switched from LAX. The service at Clay Lacy VNY is first class! They have a team that is ready and wants to assist in every way. The best part is that they actually feel like part of our crew and seem to really love what they do. It’s nice to fly into a first class FBO for a change and not feel like I just go bent over when I’m handed the invoice. I told our boss that coming to CL at VNY almost feels like shoplifting.
Show their team some love, be generous with the tips because their facility pricing leaves room for it.
This place is better than Disneyland! This would be a 6 star review if that were an option.
