Taxied into the parking area and had to find my own parking spot and start walking in before a line guy finally came out. Asked to have the plane topped off. They pushed the plane back and said they would get it fueled. No rental cars were ready for us, so we had to wait an hour for one to come to us. Got back at the time I said I would for our return flight and tried to pay my fuel bill, but it had not been done, so we had to wait 20 minutes for the plane to be fueled up. Service desk guy was really frustrated that it had not been done. Over all, it was okay and our needs were met. Cessna Skyhawk |

Just visited Thunderbird and was delighted with my visit. Upon arrival I was marshalled in and greeted with a smile and red carpet treatment. Friendly and curteous staff was on the spot with our every need. They were just getting settled into their brand new FBO facility and were experiencing some growing pains learning new systems and practices. Mainly parking aircraft on the ramp didn't match lines painted on the ground but other than that our experience was top notch. No ramp fees and a courtesy car at your disposal for 2-3 hours. Along with rental cars onsite. If you're flying to the twin cities this should be your FBO of choice. Made my trip very easy!!! Great work Thunderbird Cessna 400 |

Parked myself when I arrived, but they took good care of the plane while I was there. No tiedown fees and hangar was $25 for the one night a severe storm came through. I arrived a day earlier than originally planned and they secured me a good hotel room on a few hours notice. Cessna Skylane RG |
