respectfully there is only one seat so I would vote this is not an "Eagle"
Shuster, I am not sure what you are getting at there. F-15's are all called Eagle with exception to the N, E, SE, and some of the Research and Test models. however most of those just have other words tacked on to Eagle. For example, the F-15N although it never left the drawing board is the Sea Eagle, the E is the Strike Eagle, and the SE is the Silent Eagle.
The A and C variants were both single-seat. Just sayin'.
