Hi Serge, we're due to distance fairly isolated here but there is a very active group of people at the Serpentine airfield and around the outback of WA that are active and flying their aircraft. At Serpentine you have the Sport Aircraft Builders Club (SABC), Western Australia. Once a year they have an annual fly-in that is popular with the locals and enthusiasts. Aside from Serpentine there are number of fly-ins in around Western Australia. Serpentine is the one that draws the people. Thank you for your comment.

How interesting! Your excellent photo of a Japanese-logo'd aircraft made me look it up. The German designed Youngman was built and used by the Japanese Air Force as a trainer during WWII. (Youngman's were also license-built in many other countries!)

Kurt tls for your comments . We are so far and so close between fans. During my carreer in aviation Authority I have been lot of time Airshow flight Director, I know to appreciate good and nice restored planes. ;I had a look at Serpentine on Google earth ,looks nice. Tks Kurt.
