the noisiest plane ever.
Used to see these coming into Van Nuys. A unique sound with the pusher turboprops like no other a/c.
I got a brief sighting of one as it flew over Genoa, Italy, while we were visiting. It's unmistakable, both from the configuration and the noise.
I live close to EFD and approaches to HOU. I frequently fire up the FA app to see what just flew over. I now know the sound of a P180, and I kind of like it. As a student of Roskam, I especially like it.
This plane is just so sexy... a demo plane was here a few years ago, and the people standing around drooling... Of course I was one of them. So awesome. I'd buy one, if I had the cash.
