"Trailblazer 404" taxiing to RWY 23 for departure to Westchester County Airport (KHPN) - White Plains, NY.
The pilot was pretty upset that he was directed to go to RWY 5 for departure, but could not depart due to a airport operations runway change from RWY 5 to RWY 23.
