This aircraft is actually the reconnaissance version of the F-4. If you look at the nose and go right below it you will see a small rectangular window which was where the forward looking camera was mounted. Then if you look at the nose again and follow right towards the engine air intake you will see the window for the RF-4's side looking camera. There is a side looking camera on the other side also. All the cameras were located in the nose area except the IR (Infrared) camera which was located on the bottom side, back under the cockpit (At least that was the configuration 50 years ago).
