Definitely not a Beech Baron, This is an older Lear, I'm sure you could find out what model they operate online somewhere

That's an USAF C-21A, s/n 86-0374, of the Colorado Air National Guard, probably assigned to Peterson AFB. This is essentially a Learjet 35A, but there are differences.
