Per Cirium: On June 29, 2025 this 1984 Cessna 441 Conquest, registered to Meander Air LLC, was destroyed by impact and post-impact fire when it crashed shortly after take-off from Runway 32 at Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport, Youngstown, Ohio. The point of impact was a 'heavily wooded area' behind a residential home in Howland Township, Ohio, about 2 km west of the airfield. ADS-B data shows the aircraft in a left-hand turn before it appeared to lose height and crash. Witnesses reported hearing 'unusual engine noises', followed by a 'loud explosion'. All six occupants on board, including two crew members and four passengers, were reportedly killed. The accident happened in daylight (0654L) and in VMC with winds from 080 deg at 4 kt, visibility 10 sm, clouds: few at 4,800 ft AGL, scattered at 25,000 ft AGL, temperature 18C and dew point 17C. The aircraft was reportedly operating a flight to Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, Bozeman, Montana.
