that's a WAG-AERO 2+2 according to the FAA
According to https://www.faa.gov/documentLibrary/media/Order/Order_7360.1D_Aircraft_Type_Designators_FINAL.pdf the WAG-AERO 2+2 shares the PA14 type designation with Piper products.
