I don't know where the "Singapore" reference came from, but this is a SIAI MARCHETTI S-211, built in Italy. According to Wiki, the airplanes were sold to The Philippines, Singapore, and Haiti. The planes from Singapore were retired from training in the 1990s and sold to an Australian firm. It appears that the a/c above was acquired from Haiti.
This airplane now has the registration lower on the fuselage. Search for N212UT to see the new location.
