Your ISO is way too high for bright sunlight.
Try ISO at 100 or 200 (for bright sunlight), shutter at 1/640 or there abouts. Set the f/stop to auto.

Okay, but how do you set a ISO?
Should be a menu function on your camera. I don't know Nikon, I use a Cannon. But setting an ISO should be a standard feature. Maybe read up on your specific camera features ?
