Analysis: Airbus has an MoM, and it will drive Asia Pacific changes
The single aisle market is morphing into something very different to the earlier expectations of Airbus and Boeing (blogs.crikey.com.au) More...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
airbus and boeing are in a game of poker, and it seems that maybe boeing is sitting in front of a mirror, and airbus is using what it sees and winning hands. Boeing ought to be sick about closing down 757, now that a 757-neo would compete. guess wrong, lose big...
I'm still of the opinion that the 737 MAX was a bad long term decision. A clean sheet NSA would have covered both the 737/A320 market and the MoM market, but now they're stuck in the middle with a crappy 739MAX.
Its more of how they are finaced than anything as airbust has the hold on the EU due to where its parts are produced and wanting to keep there people working.
