Casey - this King Air, N30SM, belongs to the Dept. of Finance and Administration of the State of Mississippi. Only other aircraft they own is a Maule MXT-7-180A, registered as N959SM and operated by the State Forestry Commission. The King Air is operated from, hangared, and maintained at KJAN.

Very nice spotting catch there! :-)
