I believe this is the British Vulcan Bomber.

Yes Harry, it is the LAST of any of the UK's " Vee" Bomber Force that is flying, its in its final Flight Display season and is scheduled to stop flying in October 2015, it is TOTALLY supported by Contributions from the PUBLIC... not a cent from HM Government... it is truely THE PEOPLES AIRCRAFT.
