99-0003 — - Air Force Two taking off from KISO on a training flight. I believe this airplane is technically referred to as "Air Force Two" only when the vice-president is on board. It was not using that call sign at this time so I doubt the VP was actually on board at the time. The approach controller instructed him to maintain his heading and 2000 until I passed over him in my Cessna 150. After I was safely passed by, he was cleared to continue his climb, at which point he pitched up at least 15 degrees and was already several thousand feet above my altitude of 3500 within a minute.
