"Plaintiffs currently consist of the following twelve purchasers of Delta and AirTran services who paid a first-bag fee on flights: Brent Avery; David Terry; Michael Edelson; Martin Siegel; Jacaranda, Inc.; Patricia Freedman; Stephen Powell; Henryk J. Jachimowicz; Laura Greenberg Gale; Carla Dahl; and Victoria Mertes."

Legal fees is what this is all about anyway...another "class action" lawsuit where the consumer gets two cents on the dollar and the parasitic attorneys get the rest while the actual cost gets passed back to those same consumers.

Shakespeare was right...."first kill all the lawyers", but better yet, "loser pays" and if the loser cannot pay, the attorneys do.
