At 7 minutes ground issues clearance for AA106 to taxi 4L via Bravo hold short Kilo. Kilo is taxiway parallel to 4L. Apparently AA106 continued on past Kilo and across the active 4L. It’s at that point Delta’s takeoff clearance is cancelled.
