The economy seats on their 787's are bone crackingly awful. No padding, no comfort, no sleep. I don't think this is a step in the right direction.

Its unbelievable the billions of dollars that are spent on a product that may last no more than 20 yrs before being dumped.Plus the A380 will most likely be the only foray into a double decker aircraft as well.

All very nice to read about the premium cabins, but their economy seats are just bloody awful, too hard, too narrow, too cramped.
