Plane crashes in mock rescue exercise

(CNN) -- A plane in Nigeria carrying more than 30 emergency workers has crashed in what was supposed to be a mock rescue exercise, police said Saturday. A Nigerian Air Force G22 aircraft carrying more than 30 National Emergency Management Agency workers crashed at Port Harcourt International Airport during a mock rescue exercise, injuring two people, Port Harcourt police spokeswoman Rita Inoma-Abbey said in a written statement.
