United Airlines shows off Boeing 787 Dreamliner before return to service in Newark

NEWARK - United Airlines is celebrating 25 years at its hub at Newark Liberty International Airport. The airline offered a tour of one of its new Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft. The planes are headed back into service after being grounded for four months while Boeing worked on a fix for overheating lithium ion batteries. As part of the special event, United also showed off new uniforms that its employees, as well as former Continental Airlines employees, will wear beginning next month. (newjersey.news12.com) More...
