New nonstop service to Panama arriving at O'Hare

$70 Million...would that be with or without the "transfers" to politicians and functionaries in government, unions and the like? Interesting move considering the excellent connections with new partner United in Orlando where the cost of doing business is considerably less.
Lots of other alternatives to South and Latin America from AA in DEF and MIA, DL in Atlanta, CO at IAH and Aeromexico in MEX which is a great connecting airport with no customs or immigration hassle for anyone changing planes even to other Mexican destinations.
It will be interesting to see if they can make it work.
