The expectations are so low to begin with that not having a complete fiasco is about all you can hope for. Reasonable price, reasonable performance,reasonable service shouldn't be too much to ask for.

I agree with Allen. My expectations these days are very low. The main thing I with for is more space between me and the seat in front of me, so I can reach my computer under the seat without having to get pretzeled in a twisted yoga position. It would also be nice not to get my knees crushed if the person in front of me reclines their seat.

Allen is correct. How can you drop when nobody expects anything but the worst?
