EVA Air operates its last Boeing 747 flight

EVA Air on June 4, 2019 ended its relationship with the Boeing 747. The pictured Boeing 747 B-16407 (msn 27899) operated cargo flight BR 619 from Los Angeles to Taipei. Previously the airline retired its last passenger Boeing 747-400 on August 21, 2017. The airline took delivery of its first Boeing 747-400 in November 1992. The Jumbo was introduced on December 12, 1992 between Taipei and Los Angeles. The 747 freighters were replaced with newer Boeing 777F freighters. (worldairlinenews.com) More...
