Report: Delta CEO threatens to ban rude passengers for life

Delta threatens to permanently ban rude passengers, according to a travel blog quoting a memorandum to employees of the airline's CEO. "Those who refuse to show basic courtesy to our people or their fellow travelers are not welcome in Delta," Delta CEO Ed Bastian wrote. "Your actions will not be tolerated and you will never again have the privilege of flying with our airline." I don't understand how this gets downvoted. I applaud Delta for standing their ground and protecting ( and respecting) the rest of us, who abide by the rules.
