Actually is hasn't finished flight tests. It will finish when it joins EASA in Vancouver for their tests.
Something has been flung across the desk thou. "Why did we do flight tests on a MAX 7 aircraft?" Why not on the actual MAX 8 or a MAX 9?"

Wondering who decided to capitalize First Nation -- that's how Canada refers to many of its indigenous communities (in the U.S. it would be Indian or Native American).
