Probably should have paid the flight attendants double duty for that trip...One can understand the passengers being more than a little surly especially the ones stranded when their bus broke down between Mobile and New Orleans.

I actually feel they were thankful for the company/crew to give them a ride home, the passengers were probably considering flying delta instead of carnival cruises to Mexico. Those people went through a lot of crap literally.
