Evening of March 13, saw on flightaware a conga line of (3) Sunwing 738 MAX 8 flying from Toronto to Windsor Canada. Presumable to be stored while the fleet is grounded. Probably more space and lower cost to store them in Windsor airport CYQG . It's only 200 air miles from Toronto.
With it being Spring Break and 1000's of Canadians away for a vacation, it may be tough to get home. With these aircraft out of service, you just don't go to the parking lot and find a suitable aircraft.
