Airlines fly all-female crews for International Women’s Day

This is mostly just symbolism but it may encourage young ladies who are so inclined to obtain seats at the front especially as the pilot shortage emerges. I doubt there are any airlines that would turn down qualified candidates of either gender and in fact most employ increasing numbers now.
