My understanding Virgin Atlantic has been part of SkyTeam for some time. Afterall, I believe Delta owns 49% of the airline.

no, it had a deal w delta. not with skyteam. Like the article says. skyteam is more than delta.
And now male pilots and cabin crew can wear skirts to "empower" their employees. And they'll be wearing pronoun badges too.

One “non-binary” crew member echoed, “The updated gender identity policy is so important to me. As a non-binary person, it allows me to be myself at work and have the choice in what uniform I wear.”
