When a company resorts to bullying it's employees as a management tool, they typically fail normally fail within 12 to 18 months. Aviation is hot in Europe so that the there are a multiple number of positions opening as some of the larger carriers like LUFTHANSA and BRITISH AIRWAYS are both in a positions of dynamic growth. Toss schlock outfits like Lemon Air aside. Who needs that BS when there are better jobs with better companies like AIR BALTIC will have a respectable fleet of 50 aircraft in 36 months.
