It isn't a EC-635, but a 135. The 635 is the military version, with specific equipment, such as self obturating tank.
This one looks like an EC-135 P2+, or T2+ (no stabilizers), from the Bayern Polizei, with some optionals : Flir camera, searchlight, air conditioner, snow skis, weather radar.
