From this perspective, you'd be right in saying a B737-700, but the eagle eyed will also notice the large ventral fin on the base of the tail and the 2 rows of extra antennae along the base of the fuselage, making it a RAAF, E7, Wedgetail. The distinct RADAR or Side Scanning Array, mounted on top of the fuselage, is obscured by the high angle of the nose.
